Frequently Asked Questions

Depending on our available capacity, we can provide the following equipment free of charge:

• high chair in the breakfast room, baby cot, baby bed linen, baby bath, toilet seat.

A rich breakfast buffet is provided for our hotel guests:

• eggs,
• cold cuts,
• salami, cheese,
• fruit,
• yoghurts,
• butter,
• jams,
• honey,
• muesli,
• coffee,
• tea,
• milk,
• cocoa.

a) For children - in the case of accommodation in a room shared with their parents - we provide the following accommodation and meal discount:

• 0-3 years old (for children under the age of 3): 100%
• 3-12 years old (for children under 12): 50% discount on the price of an adult bed
• Over the age of 12 the price for an extra bed is payable if the accommodation is in the same room as two other adults. If an adult and a child over the age of 12 are accommodated in the same room, the child must also pay the price of the adult bed.

b) It is only possible to place an extra bed in certain room types

c) The request for an extra bed must be agreed with the service provider in advance, at the same time as the reservation.

If you would like to use our service, please let our reception staff know by 16:00 every day!
 
The cost of the minibar drink packages ordered will be charged to your room bill.

Additional refills can be ordered at the Reception on site!

As a pet-friendly hotel, pets are welcome for an extra charge of €15 per pet. Most importantly, a maximum of two pets per room can be accommodated, but the house rules must be respected:

a) Animals are not allowed to climb on beds or any furniture reserved for guests. It is forbidden to use the bathtub, the shower cubicle or the washbasin for bathing animals.

b) Owners are responsible for ensuring that animals are kept quiet between the hours of 22:00 and 07:00.

c) Owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by animals on the hotel property.

d) Pets are not allowed during breakfast due to the buffet nature of the breakfast for hygiene reasons.

A Finnish sauna is available in our hotel for a fee.

• Minimum 2 persons required, 8000 HUF/per person, for 3-5 persons 2500 HUF/person/per person.
