There are no ATMs in our hotel, the nearest ATM is in the Hegyvidék Centre.
Depending on our available capacity, we can provide the following equipment free of charge: high chair in the breakfast room, baby cot, baby bedding, baby bath, toilet seat, baby bed linen.
Our colleagues change the bed linen every third day, on request we will change your bed linen daily for a fee of 3000 HUF. Please help us to run our hotel in an environmentally friendly way and only request a change when is necessary. Please let us know at the reception desk or at the room assistant.

Buffet breakfast is available every day from 08:00 to 10:30. Breakfast: 4000 HUF/per person.
From 14:00 until 22:00. In case of earlier arrival you can leave your luggage in the hotel.
Hotel room is available until 11:00 on the day of travel. For a later check-out please ask the Reception.
Every day between 09:00 and 15:00. If the "Do not disturb! " sign on the door handle of the room from outside, our staff will not disturb you. For any extra requests, please contact the room attendant or the Receptionist.
If you have any complaints or comments during your stay, please report them to Reception or the manager.
Two interconnecting conference rooms are available at the hotel. Ideal for meetings, corporate events, training courses and family gatherings for up to 60 people. For more information or to request a quote, please contact our team at info@hotelwalzer.hu.
There are no currency exchange facilities at the hotel. The bill can be settled in euros also.
220V/50Hz AC is available throughout the building. Adapters for other voltages are available at the Reception.
In case of problems late at night, please call the telephone number on the door.

Billiards, ping pong table, badminton on the ground floor of the hotel. Billiards/ping pong table: 4000 HUF/hour. Badminton is free of charge.
Located next to the sauna. Opening hours are the same as the reception. Cardio machine, treadmill, weight bench and free weights are free of charge.
You can share your opinion by filling in the online questionnaire sent to you after your departure.
Available in all bathrooms.
Heaters and fans can be requested at the Reception.
In case of health problems, you can ask medical assistance at the Reception. A thermometer and band-aids can also be requested at the Reception.

Guests can request clothes to be washed/ironed by dropping them off at the room service, which is subject to a fee (Laundry 4000 HUF/item, Ironing 2500 HUF/item).
There is a passenger lift in the hotel. Please do not use the lift in case of emergency or fire!
Located on the ground floor of the hotel, open 7 days a week from 08:00 - 22:00.
Please ask at the Reception for lost and found items at our hotel.
In case of early arrival/late check-out, our guest’s luggage will be stored free of charge until the room is occupied/departure.
If you find in the hotel any equipment that need to be repaired, damaged, inoperable or not working properly, please report it to Reception.

During your stay you have the possibility to park your car free of charge in the inner courtyard of the hotel.

The hotel accepts a limited number of pets for a fee, in according to the house rules. For Pets we charge 6000 HUF/night/pet.

If you require a spare pillow, please contact the Reception.
The dispenser in the bathrooms, showers and bathtubs contains cosmetics that can be used as shampoo or shower gel. Cotton wool discs, ear cleaning sticks, cosmetic tissue and shower caps are also included in the bathroom amenities.

You can open the room door and the main entrance with the room card you will receive at the Reception upon arrival. The card is also an information carrier, so please report any loss to the Reception immediately! p
In case of loss of the room card, a new card will be charged at HUF 3500. The card is valid until 11:00 on the day of departure. Please leave the room card at the Reception upon departure!
The central safe is at the Reception and is free of charge.
A Finnish sauna is available in our hotel for a fee. Minimum 2 persons 8000 HUF, 3-5 persons 2500 HUF/person/.
There is a video surveillance and recording system in some areas of the hotel.

Shoe care facilities and shoe scoops are available in all rooms.
Shoe cleaning equipment is located in the lobby next to the Reception.
In accordance with the law, smoking is not permitted in the entire hotel. Failure to comply will result in a fine of 30 000 HUF. In case of activation of the fire alarm system by smoking, the fire brigade's exit fee will be charged to the responsible person.
Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside the hotel.
You can order a taxi 24 hours a day from the Bolt terminal at the Reception desk.
Toothbrush, toothpaste and mini razors are available at the Reception for a fee if required. Toothbrush, toothpaste: 950 HUF/set, razor: 950 HUF/set.
The towels are changed every third day. Daily towel change is also possible if clearly indicated after use (and thrown on the floor). Please help us to run our hotel in an environmentally friendly way by only requesting a change when necessary.
